A graduate of Wayne State University School of Medicine, Dr. Gordon began his career in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) as a Resident and Chief Resident in the PM&R department at Sinai-Grace Hospital, Detroit. With over 16 years of PM&R experience, Dr. Gordon's desire to improve his patient's quality of life through education, therapy and the implementation of non-surgical solutions continuously drives him to learn more about the constantly evolving field of PM&R.

Dr. Gordon is the Chief of the Physiatry Department at Straith Hospital in Southfield and an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of PM&R at Wayne State University. He maintains privileges at St. John Providence Hospital in Southfield, Straith Hospital, Detroit Medical Center (Sinai-Grace and Huron Valley Hospitals), Botsford Hospital and Garden City Hospital. He authored and e-published the book, "Debunking Chronic Pain Management Misconceptions and Finally Finding Practical Solutions, a Comprehensive Guide to Chronic Pain Management." Dr. Gordon lives in Farmington Hills with his wife. He has three daughters.
