Board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPM&R) and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (ABEM), Michael Haenick, MD has practiced medicine for 13 years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in biology from Michigan State University and Doctorate of Medicine from Wayne State University. Dr. Haenick served his internship at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital, and completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) at Sinai-Grace Hospital, Detroit.
An established member of Metro Detroit’s medical community, Dr. Haenick was voted into HOUR Magazine’s 2012 Top Docs issue by his peers. He was also recognized with a Physician Excellence Award by St. John Providence Hospital in 2010.
Dr. Haenick works hard to make a difference in his patients’ lives. He chose a specialty in physical medicine because he saw it as an important element in returning patients to normal function after illness or injury. He is proud to have helped build a well-rounded practice that covers range of within the physical medicine specialty.
